Vegetables: Roasted Cabbage
1 T evoo (5 gr)
2 T real bacon bits (14 gr)
2 T lemon juice
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/4 t salt, 1/4 t pepper
1 medium cabbage.
Preheat oven to 425 F. Mix all except cabbage. Rinse cabbage and remove any soft or loose outer leaves. Quarter. Lay each quarter on a piece of aluminum foil (large enough to wrap cabbage), spoon on 2 T of the marinade, get in all nooks and crannies. Wrap, bake 20 (for crunchy) - 30 minutes. May be reheated in oven or microwave.
