Vegetables - Prosciutto Tied Asparagus

So easy and good!
1 pound thin asparagus, trimmed
1 3 oz. package of proscuitto
2 T evoo
1 t lemon juice
s & p

Preheat oven to 400 F. Line baking sheet with foil and set aside.
Cut prosciutto slices lenthwise into 2 thin strips each. Gather 2-3 asparagus spears and carefully tie/wrap around prosciutto into knot. Place bundles on baking sheet. In small bowl, whisk tog evoo and lemon juice. Drizzle over asparagus. Season to taste with s & p. Roast in oven 8-10 minutes. Serves 4.
