Vegetables - Mushrooms baked in Foil

1 pound fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 T minced onion
1 T dry sherry
1 t salt
1/8 t ground white pepper

Rinse, pat dry, trim and place mushrooms in center of sheet of heavy-duty foil. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Bring edges of foil up over mushrooms and crimp to seal. Set in baking pan and bake in unpreheated 350 F oven 45 miinutes, until mushrooms are cooked. Serves 6.
