Vegetables - Brussels Sprouts

Honey Dijon Brussels Sprouts  to serve 2

10 B. sprouts, halved
1 1/2 t butter, melted
1 1/2 t honey
1/2 t Dijon mustard
Pinch dried dill weed
Pinch onion powder

Cook sprouts in lightly salted water about 8-10 mins until tender.  Mix rest and drizzle over sprouts in pan.  Mix well and serve.

Delicious Brussels Sprouts to serve 4

1 t butter
1 t olive oil
12 sprouts, trimmed and thinly sliced
1 T lemon juice
S & P
heat butter and oil in skillet over high heat until butter is melted and begins to brown, 1-2 mins.  Stir in sprouts and juice and cook, stirring constantly, until just heated through and starting to soften, about 45 seconds.  Season with s & p and serve.
