Sauces - Carol Ann's Honey Lime Dressing

4 whole eggs
1 quart honey
1/2 cup butter
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup fresh lime juice

Whip eggs well. Add the rest and bring to a boil. Stir constantly. Cool and use for fruit salad. Can be made weeks ahead, stores well in refrigerator. Carol Ann says she usually makes 1/4 of the recipe.
