Hors d'Oeuvres - Prosciutto and Gorgonzola Crostini

To make 12 pieces:

6 thin slices prosciutto, halved crosswise
12 thin slices baguette
1/2 T olive oil
1/2 apple, cut into matchsticks

Brush baguette slices with oil and bake 375 F until golden, 8-10 mins.  Top with prosciutto, apple, Gorgonzola.
