Miscellaneous - Hot Apple Wine
3 cups cider
1/4 cup sugar
3" stick cinnamon
6 cloves
Peel of 1/4 lemon in strips
1 dry white wine
2 T lemon juice
In pan combine cider through peel, bring to boil, stir till sugar dissolves. Simmer, uncovered, 15 mins, strain. Add rest, heat thru, do not boil. Serve in pre-heated mugs.
